The main aim of the network is to bundle the activities of Saxon researchers in the fields of integration, social cohesion, migration, xenophobia and right-wing extremism and to create a permanent structure of interdisciplinary cooperation. The network of the universities of Dresden, Chemnitz and Leipzig and the Hannah Arendt Institute for Research on Totalitarianism aims to make a lasting contribution to objectifying the debate on integration, social cohesion, migration, xenophobia and right-wing extremism, to react to current developments and to develop long-term joint projects.
